   1. Gradually

      If you want a change, do not do it drastically changes, do it gradually, starting from the smallest detail for you then continue on a more serious stage, and so on. Changes drastically and suddenly will make you suffer so, because the habits that you do not want to have made you familiar, and even when you are able to change your bad habits drastically afterwards lamam then no you will return to the bad habits that, while the stages would you do to achieve the changes will make you increasingly often forget what you did.

   2. Mingling In Healing Process Environment Supporting You

      If you're one who likes to gossip and want to eliminate the bad habits that the environment should not be filled with people who love to gossip, put yourself in a place that can support your healing, even when you still could not stop fussiness you, why do not you gosipkan a story that makes your knowledge increases, you talk about education being understood better, or talking about your work and how do you solve a problem in your office.    3. Willingness and Intention

   4. Aware of All Forms of Loss From Bad Habits You

Optimistic important to progress you into a better direction. Do not be afraid to continue to try and survive. Nothing progress obtained easily.

   6. Pray

      No escape from all your hard work, prayer is something you should do, ask all you want to ask the Lord, see to it you do not get out of prayer, because that is what supports your success.
